In order to effectuate cash transactions with the CBCS (the purchase of uncirculated banknotes and coins, coin sets and commemorative coins; the exchange of multilated,withdrawn or perceived counterfeit banknotes and coins), the general public should adhere to the ID requirements of the CBCS, of which the details can be found here
