Conduct Supervision

The objective of the CBCS's conduct of business supervision is primarily to ensure orderly and transparent financial market processes, proper relationships between market participants and the exercise of due care by financial institutions in dealing with clients.

The CBCS considers it important to receive complaints and signals from the public regarding supervised institutions. Complaints and signals are important for the supervisory tasks of the CBCS, as these indicate where there may be problems in the financial market. Your complaint or signal will contribute to a sound and stable financial system in Curaçao and Sint Maarten.
